Booking Protection

We work hard to ensure that all of our spaces are accurately described and available and back this up with our no quibble booking guarantee.

Monthly bookings

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your monthly rolling contract for any reason, simply let us know within 24 hours of your start date, and we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Short-term bookings

For fixed term bookings a full refund is offered if you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, providing the booking start date is not within the next 24 hours. For all bookings we offer a 30 minute grace period to accommodate accidental bookings. We also offer a full refund if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the start of the booking period or a 50% refund for cancelling the booking between 1 to 14 days prior to the start of the booking.
