Methods of Payment

Stripe’s payment solutions are trusted and utilised by thousands of businesses, big and small, in nearly all parts of the world. Stripe’s e-commerce solutions are secure and easy-to-use, and have enabled customers to gain access to valuable products and services over the Internet.

With Stripe, you are provided with a variety of options for payment. This includes Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

Money Back Guarantee

In the rare occurrence we cannot secure your booking we will issue a full refund. For all bookings we offer a 30 minute grace period to accommodate accidental bookings.

Cancelling monthly contracts

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your monthly rolling contract for any reason, simply let us know within 24 hours of your start date, and we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Notice of cancellation must be issued to Park Let in writing form, letter or email is acceptable. A minimum of one monthʼs notice is required AND the cancellation date must be the last day of a “Billing Cycle”. At expiry of the lease the “Tenant” agrees to return any key fobs, permits or passes supplied during the tenancy back to the “Landlord” directly. Separately the “Tenant” or “Landlord” may cancel this lease with immediate effect, in the event of a breach of contract by the other party. Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, Park Let will immediately email confirming receipt.

Cancelling short term bookings

For fixed term bookings a full refund is offered if you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, providing the booking start date is not within the next 24 hours.

We also offer a full refund if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the start of the booking period or a 50% refund for cancelling the booking between 1 to 14 days prior to the start of the booking. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the beginning of the booking start date we are unable to offer a refund.
