ParkLet are looking for a new member to the Accounts Team. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
The successful applicant must be an enthusiastic individual with a good telephone manner and organisational skills.
The applicant will need to be able to:
- Work well within a small team
- Ability to stick to deadlines
- Polite and confident phone manner essential
- Work well under pressure
- Competent with Microsfot Office package
- Phone calls/Emails
- Credit Control
- Invoices/Receipts (direct debit/BACS)
- Manual payments
- Deposit refunds
- General office duties
- Helping Accounts Manager with daily reports.
- Monthly landlord reports/breakdowns
- Rate review approval
- Handle petty cash
No previous experience required.
Full training will be provided.
Work usually every other Saturday.
Driving license essential as rural office.
