Accounts Assistant

ParkLet are looking for a new member to the Accounts Team. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The successful applicant must be an enthusiastic individual with a good telephone manner and organisational skills.

The applicant will need to be able to:

  • Work well within a small team
  • Ability to stick to deadlines
  • Polite and confident phone manner essential
  • Work well under pressure
  • Competent with Microsfot Office package

Daily Roles:

  • Phone calls/Emails
  • Credit Control
  • Invoices/Receipts (direct debit/BACS)
  • Manual payments
  • Extensions
  • Deposit refunds
  • General office duties

Other Roles:

  • Helping Accounts Manager with daily reports.
    • WorldPay
    • Rapidata
    • Bacs
    • ShareFile
  • Monthly landlord reports/breakdowns
  • Rate review approval
  • Handle petty cash

No previous experience required.
Full training will be provided.
Work usually every other Saturday.
Driving license essential as rural office.
